Operation Process

Push empty cartons from the left feeding side into the machine. Side and top conveyor belts clamp and transport cartons forward automatically. The machine applies tape to top and bottom carton seams synchronously, cuts off tape with SKD11 cutter after sealing, and outputs fully sealed cartons to the right side. Operators can press the E-stop button at any time to suspend the whole machine for safety inspection.

Work Efficiency

The GPA-68P carton sealer reaches a maximum production speed of 0–40 cartons per minute, far exceeding manual taping efficiency. It eliminates the slow, uneven and labor-consuming defects of hand-sealing cartons, greatly lifting the packaging line productivity of garment factories and logistics warehouses.
